Transfers
- You can contact us to handle your FFL transfers
- ** FFL Transfers (Title I Transfers) - $30.00
- NFA Transfers ( Title II Transfers)- $100.00 Saguaro Firearms Plus will transfer your NFA firearm or silencer and securely store the item while the transfer is pending. Contact us at 623.255.5580 for more information and help arranging a transfer. NFA item transfer fees are non-refundable and must be payed in advance.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION, PLEASE READ!
Hold Policy regarding transfers
- We will notify you when your firearm is ready to be picked up. We schedule pickups by appointments only.
- Any arrangements to not pick up your firearm within 7 days of being notified that it is ready to pick up must be made prior to us receiving the transfer.
- Firearms will be held for up to 30 days after we notify you that the transfer is ready for pickup.
- Customers will attempt to be contacted periodically during this time by phone, text, or email.
- If the firearm is not picked up after the final notice and grace period (30 days), it will be considered abandoned and wil be acquired into Saguaro Firearms Plus' inventory.
Policy regarding inbound transfers resulting in a NICS background check being denied
- All inbound firearm transfers resulting in a NICS background check denial will be held for 60 days to allow for appeal or return, after which a $20 dollar per week holding fee will be applied (fee will begin on date of denial). Should the holding fees reach an amount higher than the current market value of the firearm or device, it shall be sold to recoup said fees.
